Age Verification Policy

We take model safety and legal compliance seriously. Every clip used on our site and in our PMVs is sourced from platforms or creators that allow us to verify that all individuals are 18+ at the time of recording.

User age verification

• All visitors must confirm they are 18+ before accessing the site.
• A date of birth is required when creating an account.
• Regions where ID-based age verification is legally required are geo-blocked entirely. We are working on integrating Veriff for ID-based user verification in those regions.

How we verify content

Sourced content (secondary production)

We only work with content from adult creators who are established on platforms with strict identity verification (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, RedGifs, studio-owned sites). For each piece of content, our content review team verifies:

1. The performer’s date of birth, obtained either directly from the performer or through public records.
2. The date of publication of the content.
3. That the performer was at least 18 years old at the time the content was produced or published.
4. That there is a clear chain of custody for the content.

If any of these checks fail, cannot be completed, or produce conflicting information, the content is discarded.

Commissioned content (primary production)

For content we commission directly from creators, we retain:

• A statement equivalent to a US 2257 form.
• A copy of the performer’s ID.

We only commission established creators on primary adult platforms.

SFW social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)

Because SFW content used in PMVs becomes associated with adult material, we apply a higher verification standard for these clips. Age must be verified through independent methods, such as:

• Verified presence on an adult platform (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly)
• Direct confirmation from the creator
• Government-issued ID
• Publically available records and information

If age cannot be verified through these methods, the content is not used.

Content review and audits

As secondary producers, we hold ourselves to a high standard of verification for all sourced content. Periodic audits are a key part of that process. During audits, videos are taken offline until they have been reviewed and confirmed compliant.

Crediting and transparency

In newer PMVs, each clip is credited with the performer or uploader as displayed in the video. There is an ongoing effort to add credits to older PMVs.

Reporting a concern

If you believe any clip includes someone under 18 at the time of recording:

• Use the Flag button beneath the video player.
• Use the contact form on our website.
• Email takedown@noodledude.io.

Please include:

• The URL of the video.
• The timestamp of the clip.
• The name of the performer(s).
• A brief description of the concern, including any supporting documentation.

After receiving a report:

1. An initial review is performed to assess the report.
2. If the report is deemed credible, the video is pulled offline within 3–6 hours.
3. We verify our records and perform a secondary check.
4. The disputed clip is replaced and the video is republished once resolved.
5. A public notice is posted in our Discord to flag any mirrored or downloaded copies.

Our commitment

We prioritize safety over reach. If a piece of content cannot be verified to our standards, it is not used. We continuously review our processes and update older content as better sourcing becomes available.
